For those who appreciate top-quality sushi without the fuss, KINKA delivers. The name means “gold coin” in Japanese, a nod to the standard they aim to keep in every plate served.

The kitchen runs on two tracks. One handles cooked dishes like grilled, fried, and simmered options. The other focuses on sushi and sashimi, prepared fresh at the counter by chefs led by Tetsuya Tsuyuki.

Seafood lovers will spot favourites such as Shima-Aji, Hirame, Kinmedai, Kanpachi, Hokkaido oysters, uni, salmon, lobster, and king crab.

A highlight is the Bluefin tuna, served in three cuts: Akami, Chutoro, and Otoro, each with its own texture and richness. It's flavour-packed and naturally high in omega-3s. The drinks list keeps things interesting with sake, shochu, Japanese whisky, beer, and a well-chosen wine selection.

Inside Plaza Senayan, KINKA keeps things simple and comfortable. There’s a relaxed lounge area, a main dining room, a sushi bar where you can watch the chefs in action, and three private rooms. These private spaces can be combined to host up to 24 guests.
